The Pro XS 150hp gearbox is optimized for fast acceleration from a standstill, top speeds and improved control at full throttle. The 115hp motor can be combined with the Command Thrust (CT) gearbox, which is designed to drive a larger propeller, resulting in more acceleration, better handling, impressive maneuverability and superior control.

Even with a tiller boat, you don't have to give up the speed and thrill of a performance-tuned Pro XS engine. The tiller for the 115 hp and 150 hp engines are available with integrated Troll Control speed control. The Big Tiller is available for the 150 hp engine and can be combined with Mercury power steering.

Transient Spark technology

The new Transient Spark technology (150 hp model) electronically adjusts the ignition timing, optimizing performance at low revs. The result is noticeable performance - more torque, faster acceleration and sensational acceleration.
